The customer agrees to adhere to these and merchant-specific terms when purchasing products and services from Nallikari Safaris' website.
Summary of Booking and Cancellation Policy for Program Services and Equipment Rentals:
Safety is our top priority, and we always conduct thorough safety plans and risk analyses for our events. We review safety issues with our staff before providing services. However, any personal accidents and damages to customers' own equipment are the participant's responsibility. The user of the equipment is liable for damages if the equipment used in the service is damaged due to careless use or failure to follow instructions.
Renters agree to follow any safety instructions provided at the time of rental. The renter is always responsible for any accidents and personal injuries during the rental period. Any damages to the equipment must be reported to the landlord without delay. Normal wear and tear on the equipment are the responsibility of Finnaction Oy, but the renter is liable for damages if the equipment is damaged due to careless use or failure to follow instructions.
Cancellations and Changes
The cancellation date is the day on which the Merchant has received notification of the cancellation.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the cancellation is sent in time.
If the customer cancels the entire reservation and…
… there is 30 days or more until the start of the booked service, the reservation can be cancelled without a fee.
… there is less than 30 days but at least 15 days until the start of the booked service, 25% of the service price will be charged.
… there is less than 15 days but at least 7 days until the start of the booked service, 50% of the service price will be charged.
… there is less than 7 days until the start of the booked service, 100% of the service price will be charged.
The service cannot be cancelled due solely to rain, cold, wind, or otherwise uncomfortable weather.
The reservation can be moved to another date or cancelled without a charge if the weather forecast predicts weather that endangers safety. We will contact the customer in such cases. We reserve the right to make the final assessment of when weather conditions prevent the safe execution of the event.
