Rent a SUP board with equipment from Nallikari in Oulu and enjoy the city's most beautiful landscapes on your own.
Our rental shop is arguably located at Oulu's best spot, at the landing place of the Oulu River Delta paddling route, right in the heart of seaside Oulu, in front of Nallikari beach, in the basement of the Aalto hotel building at street level.
Additionally, we have a container rental on the shore of Mustasalmi water channel, from which we can hand over the SUP boards, especially on windy days. This allows you to start your paddling directly from the sheltered Mustasalmi channel, which quickly leads to the Oulu River Delta.
Located at the landing place of the Oulu River Delta paddling route, Nallikari offers magnificent conditions for SUP boarding, as you can head out to sea or into the Oulu River Delta directly from our rental. To reach it, you can choose the route through the scenic Mustasalmi or perhaps the cultural landscape of Toppilansalmi. Embark on an independent adventure alone or with family or friends.
During the summer season, from June 1st to August 31st, our rental is open every day from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (weather permitting). To ensure the availability of equipment at your preferred time, we recommend making an advance reservation through our booking system. Just check the calendar for available times and make a reservation!
What if the wind surprises you at Nallikari on the rental day?
No worries! We have a backup plan: You can pick up the SUP boards just a few minutes' walk away directly from the shore of Mustasalmi water channel, where one of our rental containers is located. This allows you to start your SUP boarding from sheltered waters (we will notify you separately if we change the starting location).

1 hour: 25 €
We recommend this duration if you want to enjoy stand-up paddling at Nallikari beach and on the sea nearby.
2 hours: 30 €
We recommend this duration if you want to enjoy stand-up paddling on the sea or explore either Mustasalmi or Toppilansalmi, but don’t plan to enter the Oulu River Delta.
3 hours: 35 €
We recommend this duration if you want to visit the Oulu River Delta and reach it via the Mustasalmi or Toppilansalmi channel.
5 hours: 45 €
We recommend this duration if you want to experience the Oulu River Delta more extensively, access it via Mustasalmi or Toppilansalmi, take breaks at the landing sites, or even do a full lap around the Hietasaari area.
8 hours: 50 €
We recommend this duration if you want to spend the whole day on the water, take breaks, and explore both the Oulu River Delta and the sea more thoroughly.
